Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with PawHaven. We prepare every order with care and provide order updates whenever tracking information is available.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not normally processed on weekends or public holidays. Processing may take longer during promotions, product launches, or periods of unusually high demand.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, weather, carrier delays, remote destinations, or other events outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send tracking details to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information may take a few days to update after the parcel leaves our facility.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you need to correct an address, contact support@pawhavenjoy.shop as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Depending on the destination and applicable law, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If tracking shows that a parcel is delayed, please allow the carrier time to complete delivery. If a shipment appears lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, contact support@pawhavenjoy.shop with your order number and tracking details so we can review the issue and assist you.

Returns and Address Changes

Shipping does not automatically mean an order is eligible for return. Please review our Return and Refund Policy before sending any item back. Do not return an order without receiving instructions from support@pawhavenjoy.shop.
